The Clarksdale Police Department is working a number of serious violent crimes and is asking the community for assistance in solving these crimes and getting those responsible off the streets.
Violent crimes, especially those involving a gun can quickly turn serious for the victim or deadly for someone innocently caught in the crossfire.
Those who are victims of violent crime are reminded that taking matters into your own hands can see you arrested and convicted and sent to prison while the person who originally shot you goes free.
