WEBB -- Robert "Bob" Bernard Flautt, 73, a farmer, died Dec. 28, 2024, at home. Visitation is Saturday, Jan. 4, from 1:30 to 2 p.m., at Sumner Presbyterian Church in Sumner. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, at Sumner Presbyterian Church.
Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale is handling all arrangements.
Bob earned a PHD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas. Bob was lovingly known as "Dr. Bob."
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Lisa Chadwick Flautt of Webb; son Robert Chadwick Flautt of Dallas, Texas; brothers William Gay Flautt Jr of Oxford, Mike Flautt of Swan Lake, David (Teresa) Flautt of Oxford, Stephen (Jennifer) Flautt of Webb, Andrew (Crystal) Flautt of Grenada; sister Sara Emily Flautt (Geoff) Wilson of Glendora; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents William Gay and Sara Buehler Flautt; brothers Edwin Rode Flautt and Richard Harris Flautt.
