The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation has activated the Silver Alert notification on behalf of the Sunflower County Sheriff’s Department for a Sunflower County man who may have friends and relatives in Coahoma County.
Nick Colbert, 43, of Drew, was last seen on Thursday, Aug. 22, at about noon in the area of the North Broadway Apartments in Sunflower County.
He was last seen wearing a burgundy tee shirt and black athletic shorts with black and white stripes. Colbert is described as 6-foot 1-inch tall and about 320 pounds.
Nick Colbert is believed to be in a 2018 Gray Nissan Altima bearing Mississippi tag BLT 528 traveling in an unknown direction.
Family members say Nick Colbert suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment.
