Amy and Chip Fuqua, of Birmingham, Ala., announce the birth of their son, Amos Luker Fuqua.
Amos was born at 9:01 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018, at Brookwood Medical Center in Birmingham. He weighed 9 pounds and 10 ounces and was 22 ½ inches long.
Amos is proudly welcomed by his brother, Edgar Fuqua.
Maternal grandparents are Kathy and David Luker and Gary Cottingham, of Birmingham. Maternal great-grandmother is Mrs. Meade B. Cottingham, of Birmingham.
Paternal grandparents are Shelia and Ed Fuqua, of Clarksdale. Paternal great-grandparents are Mrs. Mattie Maxey, of Clarksdale, and the late Mr. Oren Maxey and the late Mr. and Mrs. Floyd E. Fuqua, of Cleveland.
