The Lee Academy junior high Colts won their recent Region 1-3A basketball tournament at Marshall Academy in Holly Springs.
The Colts (17-3, 7-3) defeated Macon Road Baptist School 58-20 in the championship.
William Walker led Lee Academy with 19 points followed by Bryan Ray with 13 and Watkins Fyfe with 12.
The Colts also defeated Kirk Academy in the semifinals 60-45.
Walker scored 28 points followed by Ray with 15.
The Fillies (7-15, 3-6) lost to Kirk Academy in the semifinals 40-19.
Tatum Young led Lee Academy with 9 points.
