There have been several stories in your Clarksdale Press Register over the past few weeks reporting on crime.
The shooting of a 25-year-old in broad daylight Friday shocked this community. There have also been a number of home burglaries, assaults, car burglaries and reports of shots fired grabbing the headlines.
