POLICE ROUNDUP: Homicide prompts arrest for murder

A man has been arrested in connection with the shooting of two men, one of which has died, prompting a charge of murder.

The Clarksdale Police Department responded to a call of a shooting in the 300 block of Issaquena Avenue shortly after midnight and found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.

Clarksdale homicide rate falls dramatically
