The City of Clarksdale is offering some alternatives to citizens who may not receive (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) SNAP benefits.
There are efforts being made in the United States Congress to fund SNAP through the fiscal year 2026, but in the meantime, local officials are looking at other options.
