City of Clarksdale Ward 2 Commissioner Jimmy Harris made a motion to rescind every Board of Mayor and Commissioners department head and judicial appointment, but he did not receive any support.
Harris made the motion during a special meeting on Monday after the initial appointments were made on Sept. 22.
