A ribbon-cutting was held toward the end of June for a new business, Consignment Collection, at 857 DeSoto Ave., in Clarksdale.
Reba Gayle Bailey is the owner.
“It’s another great day in the City of Clarksdale,” said then-Mayor Chuck Espy. “We are here with Ms. Bailey and a wonderful opportunity.”
