TUTWILER — Community members are invited to a gathering on Monday, August 11 at 5:00 p.m. at the Tutwiler Community Education Center (TCEC) to explore the creation of a new Boys & Girls Club in Tutwiler. The meeting will introduce a proposed partnership between Boys & Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Delta and TCEC.
