Mrs. Gloria Rae Caffey Clay, 73, of Houston passed away at home on Feb. 13, 2021. She was born in Memphis, Tenn. on Sept. 15, 1947 to James T. Caffey and Audrey S. Caffey. She graduated from Clarksdale High School and received a bachelor's degree in home economics from Delta State University in Cleveland, Miss.
