Dwight Brown’s cooking received such positive feedback that he decided to start his own business.
Brown’s new business, Gourmet Blaze, had its grand opening Saturday afternoon in the Century Funeral Home parking lot at 906 DeSoto Ave. in Clarksdale. Gourmet Blaze is in a food trailer and goes to different communities.
