Jimmy Walker and Jim Herring of SafTCart took the Coahoma County Board of Supervisors and Clarksdale Board of Mayor and Commissioners on a tour on Monday. SafTCart, located in Industrial Park in Clarksdale, manufactures cylinder carts, cages, pallets, truck beds and trailers.
