A Tunica man has been charged in a domestic violence incident in Tunica that occurred last month.
Walter French, 40, of Tunica, was arrested after a 22-year-old woman called the Tunica County Sheriff’s Department and said she was assaulted about 8:50 p.m. Friday, May 31 at 1026 Cedar Drive in Tunica.
When officers arrived on the scene they spoke to the woman and initiated their investigation into what they are calling domestic violence. French was not at the scene and a warrant was later issued on French in regards to domestic violence.
